TERRIBLE CAR AND SERVICE

BUYER BEWARE DONT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM PEAK KIA. WHAT A DISASTER I PURCHASED A KIA NIRO EV FROM PEAK OCT 2021, NOV THE SAME YEAR THE CAR WOULD NOT CHARGE PROPERLY AND I BROUGHT IN FOR SERVICE. I WAS PLANNING TO MOVE TO ALASKA WITH A NEW JOB BUT I CERTAINLY WAS NOT PREPARED FOR A 8 -10 MONTH WAIT. OF COURSE NOT PUTTING MY LIFE ON HOLD FOR A KIA I MOVED. NOT ONE CALL AND NO COOMUNICATION I OF COURSE JUST WANTED TO GET RID OF IT. AFTER HIGHERING AN ATTORNEY AND MANY MONTHS I HAD TO COME BACK TO COLORADO TO RECLAIM THE EV BEAST. THE CAR SMELLING OF MEAT DID CHARGE AND DID RUN 1YEAR AND 1 MONTH AFTER ALL THIS STARTED. I SPOKE TO THE GM NICK ABOUT TERMINATING MY LEASE SELL IT BACK. BUT OF HE LOW BALLED HIS OWN CAR IT WAS PATHETIC EVEN A HONDA DEALER OFFERED MORE. (DISGUSTING) SO THE FINAL BLOW WAS THE CHARGING WAS MISSING. CANT CHARGE WITHOUT IT. SO I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND SPOKE TO SEAN SOUNDED YOUNG NICE ENOUGH BUT LACKED EXPERIENCE. I TOLD HIM THE STORY AND GOOD TO HIS WORD HE CALLED BACK. UNLIKE NICK THE GM I SPOKE TO ORIGINALLY. SEAN BASICALLY GAVE ME THE COMPLETE BRUSH OFF AND WAS DOING NICKS DIRTY WORK. I FELT BAD FOR SEANN HE ALMOST SOUNDED REAL BUT HE WAS DOING THE DIRTY WORK OF NICK. LACK OF EXPERIENCE MADE ME SMILE IT WAS A REAL DISPLAY. BOTTOM LINE THE CAR WILL BE SOLD BEFORE I RETURN HOME BUT TO AN HONARABLE HONDA DEALERSHIP. WEIRD THE CAR WAS A LEASE IT BELONGED TO PEAK REALLY AND THEY REFUSED MY BUSINESS. DONT BUY DONT BUY

I had a valve replaced on my '12 Kia Sorento, I was informed by the shop of a recall on my car. So I called peak Kia and asked them about the recall and I was told that it had been replaced once and they wouldn't do it again. I was asked if I was the original owner and I said no, I didn't know about the recall nor did the dealer disclose this to me. Obviously this didn't replace it properly because it is still malfunctioning. Should this not be replaced for me. Plus they want to charge me 85.00 for a diagnostic when I already had one done. They were so not helpful and it was like they didn't want to give me any other information except charge me for unnecessary things, the man I spoke with said that I would need to replace the whole intake manifold. The recall is for the following. I would really want someone to contact me in regards to this. I am so unhappy with my experience with Kia
